Why we started this

Most of the owners we work with are doing three jobs at once. Running the business, answering the phone after hours, and quietly aware that calls they can't pick up are customers going to the next company on the list. It's never the most urgent thing on the list. So it never gets fixed.

We started Stennett Business Solutions to take that off their plate.

We're Logan and Sophia — engaged, both studying finance at Missouri State, and running this together out of Rogersville. Logan left a steady job in banking to build this full time. It wasn't the safe choice, but it was the right one: we'd rather spend these years making something useful for the people around us than clock into something that isn't.

The finance background is a big part of how we work. We think about your business in terms of what actually brings money through the door — and a missed call is money walking out of it. We'll only sell you what pays for itself, and we'll say so when something doesn't.

We're Christians, and that shapes how we work more than it shapes what we say about it. We'll tell you the truth about what you actually need — including when that's less than you came to us for — and we do what we said we'd do, when we said we'd do it.
