Both are month-to-month (pay for the year up front and you get two months free), and founding clients get free setup and their first month free.

No. There’s no long-term contract: month-to-month is the default and you can cancel anytime by email. Service runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and the setup fee isn’t refundable once we’ve started your build. If you’d rather pay for the year up front, you get two months free: $6,670 a year for Base or $9,970 for Premium. Annual plans are paid up front and aren’t refundable; cancel anytime and the plan won’t renew.
